In order to issue a call for proposals, the Managing Authority must have completed a series of actions, such as:
– the specialisation of the Programme, in accordance with circular no.86884/ 12.09.2022 “Circular for the specialization of the Programmes of the Programming Period 2021-2027” and the relevant explanatory note,
– the scheduling of the calls and their posting on the Programme website,
– the determination of the methodology and selection criteria for the operations, taking into account the specific requirements of the announced actions, their submission for approval to the Monitoring Committee of the relevant Programme, and their approval, including any relevant changes to them.
In accordance with Article 42 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, the Managing Authority shall electronically transmit to the Commission the following aggregated data for each programme, in accordance with the model set out in Annex VII to that Regulation:
the number of operations selected, their total eligible costs, the contribution from the Funds and the total eligible expenditure declared by the beneficiaries to the Managing Authority, broken down in total by type of intervention (by 31 January, 30 April, 31 July, 30 September and 30 November of each year)
the values of the output and result indicators for selected operations and the values achieved by the operations (by 31 January and 31 July of each year).
The Managing Authority shall publish all data transmitted to the Commission on the Programme website.
In addition, each Managing Authority shall transmit to the Commission a final performance report of the Programme by 15 February 2031, which shall also be published on its website.
