“The obligation of the Special Management Authority is to comply with EU and National legislation and to implement the Management and Control System (MCS) of the Partnership Agreement 2021-2027 at all stages of implementation of the Programme and Operations”.
To assist the beneficiaries of the Programme, basic instructions and MCS tools are listed below, which facilitate the submission of the required data in each case and the cooperation of the beneficiary with the Special Management Service in all procedures of the 2021 – 2027 Programming Period.
