The operation includes a set of service provision actions to support the operation of the Sub-Directorate of the Programme “Civil Protection” of EYD PEKA&POLPRO with a subject related to:

a) Services Organization of events – meetings – conferences (this category of actions also includes all expenses for the organization and support for the conduct of the Meetings of the Monitoring Committees of the PEKA)

b) General Operating Expenses, such as cleaning services for the accommodation of the EYD, costs of photocopying/scanning documents/printing, postal or courier services, translations, subscriptions to publications or newspapers, repair and maintenance of all fixed installations, connection to the internet/telecommunications/information banks, physical or electronic archiving and storage services, expenses for supplies and services in the context of hygiene and safety in the workplace in cases of emergency conditions for public health reasons (tests, masks, disinfection of accommodation and common areas, sinks with sensor, etc.) and other related expenses

c) Training of the Staff and participation in Conferences or Forums

d) Travel expenses Internal. External.

e) Expenses of publications – announcements (invitations, competition notices or announcements).
