Short description of operation:
The operation concerns the supply of new modern radar systems, medium and long range, which will upgrade the existing equipment and contribute to the expansion of the national network of meteorological Radar stations, aiming to improve the geographical coverage of the network.
This supply will contribute to the creation of a modernized system for recording, timely monitoring and forecasting of weather phenomena, thus leading to the rapid and effective prevention and response to catastrophic events.
