The Call allows for the procurement of specialized sanitary/medical equipment for transfers by land, sea and air.
Specifically, the procurement concerns equipment for the transport of patients with infectious communicable diseases or patients requiring continuous medical care and monitoring, such as those injured in natural disasters (especially in cases of floods, earthquakes, and fires) and technological accidents. For example, the following are included: infusion pumps, automatic chest compression devices (CPR), intraosseous infusion devices, portable ultrasound machines, portable disaster ventilators, and tourniquets.
