Summary of the call:
Within the framework of the Call, the supply and transport of a DHC-515 aircraft as well as initial support equipment required for its operation are foreseen. The procurement is expected to contribute significantly to increasing the operational capacity and efficiency of the aerial firefighting fleet, as these aircraft are considered the country’s main aerial forest firefighting vehicle, since they are used in all phases of forest firefighting, namely surveillance, immediate intervention and response to major incidents.
