The Call concerns the submission of proposals for the acquisition of Mobile Clinics and Field Hospitals. The structures will be capable of being transported and relocated by road, air and sea, in their entirety, as well as being ready to deploy, so that they can receive health losses within a few hours of their deployment, at the final destination – the affected area. They will be deployed in containers or in tents and will have medical gases, power supply, heating – air conditioning and ventilation systems. The Mobile Clinics can cover the needs of emergency medical treatment and primary care and cover a full range of diseases and injuries. In addition, the Mobile Clinics will provide first aid, patient stabilization by specialized personnel, resuscitation, preparation for transportation, and will also have the ability to conduct laboratory tests.
